Card on File Requirement
To secure an appointment time, all clients need to have a valid credit card on file and agree to the cancellation and no-show policy as stated below.
Cancellation and "No Show" Policy:
All reschedules and cancellations must be made with AT LEAST a 24-hour notice.
Cancellations and rescheduling with less than a 24-hour notice will have a 50% charge of the service price.
"No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service price
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the above terms.
The booking app does not allow rescheduling or cancellation within the 24-hour time period, so please contact me through text at 586-307-4808
I understand that things come up and circumstances arise where rescheduling or cancellation is unavoidable. I do not expect clients to come in during such circumstances. Cancellation and "no-show" charges are not meant to come off as a punishment for these situations in any way. They are only there to compensate for the time that gets specifically set aside for you that would otherwise have been filled with another client. With less than 24-hour notice, this makes it most often impossible to fill this slot and results in lost income to pay for rent/insurance and other constant business expenses. I hope that with this knowledge my clients can understand why this is necessary to be able to continue to keep the business open. I appreciate & value every single one of you.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late for your appointment, please notify me ASAP. There is a 15-minute grace period for arriving late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I most likely will need to reschedule your appointment, and it will be considered a no-show and be charged a no-show fee. If you are a lash extension client and you arrive late to your appointment, I will fill as much as I can within the scheduled time for your appointment. Please know that your lashes will likely not be completely filled without the appropriate amount of time, so you may need to schedule a longer fill for your next appointment.
Payments
Payment for products and services is due in full at the time of products and services are rendered.
Payment methods accepted:
-Cash (can break most bills, but may not be able to break larger bills)
-Check
-Venmo
-Zelle
-Credit Card (3.5% fee will be added to the total): Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International logo.
Returns & Refunds
Services received cannot be refunded. If you were not satisfied with your service, please reach out within 72 hours after your appointment so I can remedy the situation. I commit to correcting any problems to ensure your 100% satisfaction at no additional charge.
All services and gift cards purchased from Rosebud Beauty by Claire LLC are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Rosebud Beauty by Claire LLC. All sales on services and gift cards are final.
All products purchased in-store must be new, unopened, and unused to be eligible for return to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange. The receipt is required, and the return must be within 30 days of purchase. Products that are opened and/or used are NOT eligible for refunds, return or exchange.
